1. Coaching services are advisory. You bear sole responsibility for the use and implementation of these services in your business. You agree to forever indemnify and hold harmless your Coach [and any affiliates, subsidiaries, and assigns thereof], from and against any loss, cost or expense resulting from your activities related to the subject matter in this document and in any strategies you choose to implement from these services.

2. While your Coach will be providing you with guidance, direction and program materials, such a role is advisory and not of actually doing the activity itself. You will be primarily accountable for producing the results in the Program. In this way your Coach seeks to educate you and your business in order to make you & your organisation the possessor of this intelligence and to further establish your business as a true asset.

3. Coaching sessions can be re-scheduled, but this is often at the expense of desired times.  If you need to reschedule meetings you agree to provide at least 48 hours notice or risk forfeiture of the consultation.

4. IMPORTANT NOTE:  This program is a commitment as stated on page 5.

5. Your Coach from time to time, may alter the content or structure of the program as they consider necessary, but at all times you will continue to receive value for your investment.

7. At the same time as your progress is periodically evaluated through the goal setting consultations, your company will (in addition to the regular feedback to your Coach) be asked to evaluate its performance under this agreement.  If you are not fully satisfied with the services you have received (at any stage) we expect you to let us know, so we can work with you to rectify your concerns.

8. You, your Coach, or an authorised representative, may terminate this agreement at any time upon thirty (30) days notice in writing after month 3.  

9. This agreement is the entire agreement between you and your Coach. All prior agreements, promises or representations being merged herein.

10. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted with the laws of the United Kingdom.
